Application:

1. Reducing agent for synthesis of drugs.
2. Used in reduction of organic compounds with a double C=O bond, in hydroboration reactions.
3. Used in modification of biologically active organic compounds.
4. Used as an additive improving some properties of diesel fuels.
5. Used as fungicides, insecticides, herbicides.
